26. Prosciutto Wrap with Hummus

If you’re on the lookout for a quick but healthy meal that even finicky little kids would love, here’s a fail-safe idea you’d want to try—prosciutto wrap with hummus.

Preparation & Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

12 prosciutto slices

4 tortillas, whole-wheat

½ cup hummus

1 cup mozzarella, sliced and chopped

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup lettuce leaves

4 small tomatoes, sliced

Instructions:

Preheat your oven (350 degrees F).

Line your baking pan with foil or parchment paper.

Place the prosciutto on top of the baking pan.

Bake in the oven for 7 minutes or until crispy.

Take the baking pan out of the oven. Let cool.

Spread the tortillas with the hummus.

Top with the prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, avocado, lettuce, and tomato.

Roll up tightly and serve.
